This includes course fees, accommodation, transport locally and internationally, health insurance, visas and a monthly stipend. Accommodation: Trainees live in a variety of environments from apartments in Lexington city to cottages on Kildangan Stud in rural Ireland. Each phase of the program brings changes in culture and experiences, both professional and personal. Transport: Cars and minibus transport are provided to trainees as appropriate. Campus: Modern training rooms with WiFi and audiovisual facilities are provided at each location. Cloud computing technology allows trainees to research online, access latest thoroughbred industry news and collaborate in group work at locations across the globe. Schedule: Most days start with early mornings working outdoors with horses. Business and management modules take place in the afternoon and there are regular assignment deadlines. Trainees attend race meetings and horse sales most weekends. There are approximately five weeks holiday per year.
